"Create a Platter with that Wow Factor"

So what do my Grazing Platter Workshops involve?

My all-inclusive Workshops take you through the steps of building an elegant and stylish Platter, sharing some of my tips to take your Platter to the next level.

So what is included?

Of course Refreshments on arrival, with a step-by-step Demonstration, teaching some of the basics of ingredient selection, shopping tips, cutting and styling techniques, layout and balance and some intermediate skills to make your Platter "Pop"!

There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions as you then build your own Platter, with me on-hand to assist you.

At the end of the Workshop you will be armed with your own beautifully styled Platter and with some newly-learned skills to impress!

Boxes will be provided for transportation.

Vegetarian and Gluten-Free requirements can be catered for. I am unable to offer Vegan Cheeses for these workshops.

"Annie's Workshop was so much fun! I learnt so much about creating an absolutely beautiful arrangement that was almost too gorgeous to eat! In the past, I'd always kind of "put" deli meats and cheese on a plate thinking "yeah, looks good", but Annie gave us so many brilliant ideas about produce placement and consideration of colours and textures. If you're thinking of doing one of Annie's workshops, stop thinking and just do it!! You'll have so much fun, you'll meet people and you'll be surprised at what you can actually accomplish. Thanks Annie - it was awesome!" (Lindy Douglas)
